Cancellation Policy

Millennia Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Millennia, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Millennia team member schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.  Millennia policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.  Thank you for supporting our policies criteria.


As a courtesy, we will Email, Text or call you to confirm your service appointments 48 hours or more prior to your appointment date.  However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Do I need to make an appointment?

It is highly recommended that you call to schedule your appointment in advance.  It is also recommended to schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

Arriving for appointments?

We do our best to remain on schedule for your appointments and your consideration is greatly appreciated. We ask that if it is the first time you are visiting the salon that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out our information forms.

Running late? We will do everything possible to accommodate you, however your service will finish at the schedule time, while the normal service fee remains unchanged.

Do I need an appointment in the Strands of Hope Boutique to purchase a wig?

Yes. Appointments are needed in order to purchase wigs. It is important that you reserve your time with either Rena or Esther to be properly fitted for your headwear.

Gift Cards?

Gift Cards can be purchased in nominal amounts either in the salon, by phone, or on our website.  Gift Cards never expire and can be used to purchase products as well as services.  Please remember that Gift Cards are considered to be the same as cash and are needed to be present at the time of services.  No gratuities can be added.  Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Payments and Gratuities?

We accept cash and visa, mastercard, discover card, American Express and debit cards.  Please remember that gratuities are unable to be added to these forms of payments.  Gratuities are not included in services, however gratuities are greatly appreciated for exceptional services.  **All prices are subject to change without notification.**

Are children welcome at Millennia?

It is strongly suggested that children do not accompany you to the salon for your appointment unless they are receiving services. If it is absolutely necessary they cannot be left unattended. We feel this is a time to relax and unwind. Please respect our other guest’s relaxation time.

May I use my cell phone while in the salon?

We ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving services in the salon for your relaxation and for the relaxation of other guests in the salon.

We reserve the right to charge 50% of
 scheduled services without 24-hour notice
 and 100% of scheduled services if you missed 
your scheduled services without notice.
